Tarot practitioners connect each new year with a Tarot card based on numerology and corresponding numbers in the Tarot. For 2024, our card is Strength (2 + 0 + 2 + 4 = 8, the number corresponding to Strength in the Major Arcana of the Tarot.)

Strength is about befriending our fears and letting new parts of ourselves become more awake in the world. In this field trip hosted through Creative Mornings — a global, volunteer-based organization supporting creative people — we’ll explore the guidance and insight the Strength card offers us and how we might apply this to our own lives in the year ahead. We’ll also pull some cards together to help you personalize your opportunities with Strength in the coming year.

In this hour-long field trip, you can expect to:

• Reflect on The Chariot year (2023) and the lessons we learned.

• Get to know the Strength card, the card guiding us in 2024.

• Explore what the Strength card can look like in a creative practice.

• Pull cards together in a guided Tarot spread to connect with Strength.

• Discuss questions, share readings, and get support.
